MoLISA strengthens measures to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic

(LĐXH)- MoLISA Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung signed the Official Dispatch No. 2477/LĐTBXH-VP requesting heads of units under the Ministry to strengthen measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic.
Accordingly, the Ministry requires heads of units under the Ministry:
2. Thoroughly grasp the content of the Prime Minister's direction in Official Dispatch No. 1063/CD-TTg and the directive documents of the Ministry to all employees and employees of the unit; strongly take specific measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic.
2. Assign on-duty schedules for leaders, civil servants and employees of the unit to handle the work of the agency; work online from August 2, 2021 until the end of social distance in the locality.
State management units arrange all leaders and from 01 to 02 civil servants of the unit to handle daily work at the agency. Non-business units arrange a minimum number of employees working at the agency to ensure the necessary work.
3. Regularly monitor and evaluate the tasks of civil servants, public employees and employees; ensuring maximum requirements on progress, quality and efficiency.
4. Heads of units issue “travel permits” to civil servants, employees and employees; take responsibility for the spread of disease caused by not strictly observing the regulations on prevention and control of COVID-19 while on duty at the agency of civil servants.
5. Timely report on case of COVID-19 patient (F0), close contacts of COVID-19 cases (F1) in the units and others issues related to the prevention and control of COVID-19 via the Ministry Office, phone: 024.3936.2913, mobile: 0969.394.665 or 0912,508.052; email:phongtkth@gmail.com).
The Ministry requests the heads of the units to seriously implement this Official Dispatch./.
