Awarding Campaign Medal to Head of Representative Office of Korea Human Resource Development Agency in Vietnam

(LĐXH)- On August 25, the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) held a ceremony to award the campaign medal "For the cause of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs" to Mr. Kang Byung Joo - Head of Representative Office of Korean Human Resource Development Agency in Vietnam.

At the ceremony, on behalf of MoLISA leaders, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Kang Byung Joo's personal contributions in promoting and developing labour cooperation between the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam and the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labour.
His contributions have contributed to bringing thousands of Vietnamese workers to Korea to work, thereby improving incomes and people's lives.
Mr. Kang Byung Joo has a working term in Vietnam from September 30, 2019 to August 31, 2022.
As the Chief Representative of the Korean Human Resource Development Agency in Vietnam, Mr. Kang Byung Joo always has a positive assessment of Vietnam's efforts in reducing the illegal residence rate in Korea. .
He is always on Vietnam's position to give opinions to the Korean side to promote the sending of Vietnamese workers to Korea in the difficult context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Kang Byung Joo said that when he returns to Korea or works in another position in the future, he will always consider Vietnam as his second homeland and try his best to promote Vietnam - Korea relations./.
